Villa Cantamar is a private vacation home offered as a villa rental by owner to discriminating clients from around the world.  We make our Caribbean vacation villa available to anyone seeking a unique luxury experience.  While you are here, only your group or family will be in the villa when you rent it.  We do not rent the villa out to more than one group at a time; it is private and exclusively for you!

Our Dominican Republic vacation villa is available for rental throughout the year on a first come, first serve basis.  We provide the villa for rental to groups of between 8 and 10 people, with 10 people being the absolute maximum.  We price the villa rental based on the number of bedrooms you actually use and we reserve the right to specify the number of bedrooms required for your group.

Rental of the villa includes the entire property, all the facilities and amenities along with a fully dedicated and trained staff.  Our villa staff includes an executive chef who will prepare all meals for you.  Our meal plan is mandatory because we want you to relax, unwind and enjoy yourself while you are on vacation with us.

We do have a four (4) night minimum rental requirement and around certain holidays such as Christmas, New Year and Easter we require a minimum of seven (7) nights.  For villa rentals in excess of one week, please inquire for a discount as longer term rentals may qualify (except in holiday seasons).
